We accept online payment via a range of PCI compliant third party providers, we do not have access to your card details.

We currently accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & Paypal.

Paypal

Paypal is a third party payment solution used by millions of people worldwide, its free to open an account and there are no charges for you to use this method to pay for your goods with us online. Once you have a paypal account set up, payments can be made quickly and easily with a couple of clicks.

Price Promise

Here at PLH Systems we are dedicated to bringing you products you love, at prices you’ll love too.

Our ‘price promise’ guarantee is our commitment to you.

How it works:

We review our pricing on a daily basis to ensure we’re bringing you the best price possible, however, in the rare case you find a product cheaper elsewhere we promise to beat that price for you.

• - The product must be in stock and available to purchase on a UK competitor's website in £GBP at the time of your request
• - The product must be in the exact same colour, size, finish and style.
• - The product must be full price and not reduced at the time of your request.
• - The price must include delivery to the same place, we will need a postcode to fully assess.

We will issue a bespoke discount code or gift card for the difference.

There are a few terms and conditions specific to PLH Systems Price Promise:

• - We can't offer price matches for products which have already been purchased from us, you must inform us of the price match before making your purchase.
• - The discount/promo code will be locked to your account and can only be used by you.
• - We do not offer a Price Promise on items sold on discounted or auction websites, Amazon or eBay.

We, however, reserve the right to:

• - Refuse a price match which would result in financial loss or unacceptable profit margins
• - To limit the quantities of price matches from a single customer
• - Not match trade prices
• - We may discontinue our price match promise at any time

Promotions cannot be backdated or applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

Discount codes exclude sale items and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
